Position: Spanish–Chinese Interpreter (Mexico-based)

Location: Mexico (long-term on-site position)

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide interpretation and translation support for the company’s daily operations in Mexico, including communication related to taxation, legal matters, procurement, and administrative affairs.

2. Support engineering projects by providing on-site interpretation between Chinese teams and local partners, suppliers, and contractors.

3. Serve as an interpreter accompanying the General Manager during business meetings, negotiations, and communications with clients or government authorities.

4. Facilitate clear and accurate communication between the company and local organizations, partners, and service providers.

5. Translate and review contracts, documents, emails, and other business materials between Spanish and Chinese.

6. Assist in cross-cultural communication to ensure smooth collaboration between international and local teams.

7. Support the company’s operational activities in Mexico and help ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications

1. Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and Chinese (spoken and written).

2. Strong interpretation and translation skills, capable of handling business and engineering-related communication.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.

4. Willingness to work and reside in Mexico long-term.

5. Prior experience in business, project, or engineering interpretation is preferred.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality awareness, and teamwork ability.
